The most famous of the Galician and Spanish liqueurs. Its production is obtained from bagasse of the best Galician grapes, it is distilled through traditional stills that give us a fine, transparent pomace, and with the highest concentration of aromas and with the authentic flavor of good Galician brandy.
Like most Galician liqueurs, it is preferable to enjoy it in a cold shot, although it is very common and well-established to consume it in "drops" with coffee.
